NON REBATED DOORS STANDARD

 

Flush doors are becoming increasingly popular in modern housing trends. 

WHAT MAKES THIS DOOR SET ATTRACTIVE?   

  • As the name suggests, flush doors lack a rebate (or lip). This construction allows the door panel to be "recessed" deeper into the frame, making it flush with the frame when closed. 
  • The door and frame together create a uniform, modern, and luxurious look. 

A KEY DESIGN ELEMENT IS THE FLUSH FRAME

  • A specially designed flush frame that protrudes 16 mm from the surrounding wall into the space.

  • The flush frame is equipped with concealed hinges adjustable in three directions, ensuring a smooth fit of the door into the frame, with an evenly spaced gap around the perimeter when installed correctly. 

  • A notable combination is flush doors with a Vertical frame, where the vertical frame parts are joined with the horizontal lintel at a 90° angle.

  • An ideal accessory for the flush set is the magnetic lock, which makes door handling very smooth and silent. The counterplate is embedded inside the frame, maintaining clean lines, resulting in a smooth door edge.

The price of the flush door and frame set consists of:

1. Price of the door selected by the customer     from 2,950 CZK
2. Price of the frame selected by the customer      from 2,540 CZK
3. Additional fee covering concealed hinges Tectus (silver), 
door and frame adjustments		     from 2,850 CZK

  2. The frame price corresponds to the price of the selected casing frame see category Frames and Systems:
    a) casing frame from 2,540 CZK
    b) Vertical casing frame from 3,440 CZK
  3. Additional fees for:
    a) single-leaf doors from 2,850 CZK
    b) double-leaf doors from 6,000 CZK
