WALL SLIDING SYSTEM

Wall sliding doors move in the cornice, so enough space for their opening is provided by one of the surrounding walls. That’s why the wall sliding system, that is less space consuming than the classical system of door opening, is convenient for small interiors where the lack of space is apparent. Anyway, this system of door opening can represent the right option for more roomy interiors as well. Thanks to the wall sliding system originality and ingenuity is going to be achieved and no matter how large particular interior is. The biggest advantage of the wall sliding system is easy instalment, because no modification of building aperture is required. Customer can choose the way (side) in which the door wing is going to be opened. Obviously, this selection have to be done before mounting of the wall sliding system begin. The wall sliding system (SGR4) is standardly supplied with any finishing and décor, so there are no limitations of harmonizing the sliding system with particular interior.

Construction of the door sliding system SGR4 – modern design and high quality execution:

The SGR4 model is made from a high quality material and assembled by modern machines with high level of preciseness. Construction of this wall sliding system consists of the door frame, stopping prism, cornice, steel rail and floor track.
Door frame and stopping prism – the adjustable frame is equipped with a vertical prism and at its top side is adjusted for the connection with cornice. Thanks to the stopping prism no gap between the door wing in closed position and the door frame is going to appear. In case of lockable door wing the stopping prism is additionally equipped with a lock striking.
Cornice serves as a cover of sliding mechanism. Modern appearance of the cornice is determined especially by its small size, so the cornice exceeds the wall of only 9,1 cm. Elegant appearance of the cornice is accentuated by bevelled connections and profiled front side with soft edges.
Steel rail is a basic accessory of the sliding mechanism to which the door wing is hung. Smooth sliding of the door wing is caused by special wheels that are mounted inside of the floor track that is made from aluminium.
The floor track is mounted on the floor surface and represents a useful accessory of the sliding system. Thanks to a milled groove that is placed on the floor track the narrow movement of the door wing is guaranteed.

Accessories:

Pull represents a hold that replaces standard door handle. The pull is embedded in particular door wing, so it doesn’t make any exposed sharp edge. The sliding doors are delivered with interior common, WC or cyllindric lock.
Brushes are placed on the side of door wing that is going to be in touch with the stopping prism. These brushes cause that closing of the door wing is made without any noise. Thanks to the brushes a better heating isolation and soundproofing is achieved. At the other side of the door wing (between the door frame and the door wing) there are another brushes that are bigger and reducing dust circulation between the door wing and surrounding wall.
Softstop is optional mechanism that guarantees smooth and silent door cloosing.
