WHAT MAKES DOORS WITH A CONCEALED FRAME UNIQUE?   

  • The doorway remains without a visible frame.  
  • The doors are flush with the surrounding wall, blending seamlessly, separated only by a narrow gap.

HOW DOES THE CONCEALED FRAME WORK?

  • This is a special aluminum frame installed into the wall. The wall's surface is finished with plaster up to the edge of the integrated frame. The concealed frame under the plaster creates a sturdy support for the edge of the passage opening and for attaching the door panel. The door is separated from the wall only by a narrow gap.
  • This clean design effect is enhanced by concealed hinges, which remain hidden within the frame structure when closed.
  • The set includes a magnetic lock.

HOW TO PREPARE THE CONSTRUCTION OPENINGS?

Recommended construction opening dimensions for concealed flush frame:

Width relative to nominal door size + 13.5 cm
Height relative to nominal door size + 6.35 cm
   
Nominal door width options 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 cm
Nominal door height options 197 / 209.7 cm
Minimum wall thickness 7.5 cm

Example construction opening: For a door with nominal width/height of 80/197 cm, prepare an opening of 93.5 / 203.35 cm

COMBINATION WITH REVERSE DOORS

When closed, they look identical and are flush with the frame, but due to a different construction, they open in the opposite direction. This combination allows placing doors in a hallway side by side that open into the room (reverse) and those opening into the hallway (flush) without compromising design consistency.
